This week, our school Eco warriors audited our recycling bins in each classroom to see how well we are recycling.  We plan to repeat this later this term and track our progress.

Eco warriors are searching for less paper usage and are thankful to the
Friends of HNTPS who donated one hundred pounds to help. We have decided to use
the money on new plant beds for all the food we are going to grow there, also
the old ones will be removed. We will spend the money on soil and seeds too!
Around school not only saving the world but also saving money, we can
use to make our school a happier place. The eco-warriors have collected all
the paper from the green bins in our school and weighed each one and the
weight of class one was eleven ounces, class two was three ounces, class
three was four ounces and class four was two pounds and two ounces. So hopefully we can make the world last longer!
